Privacy Policy

Future of Corporate Travel 2018 LTD. owner and operator of the website and systems known as TravelSuit who acts as the data collector (hereinafter “TravelSuit”) value the privacy of our Clients (as defined in TravelSuit Terms of Use) and their employees that use TravelSuit (hereinafter “Users”) and wish to inform all users of the Privacy Policy implemented and maintain by TravelSuit regarding the collection, use, processing and disclosure of information that TravelSuit receives through the TravelSuit system and services on https//:travelsuit.co (hereinafter the “System”), including personal information. This Privacy Policy apply to the System only and not to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through the System. The terms in this Privacy Policy, have the same definition as in the TravelSuit Terms of Use.

By using or accessing the System or any part of the System, or entering into an agreement with TravelSuit for the use of the System, Client agrees to be bound by TravelSuit Privacy Policy, as may be amended by TravelSuit from time to time. It is the Client’s responsibility to regularly check if there have been changes to TravelSuit Privacy Policy and to review said changes.

If the System is used by an Authorized User (as defined in TravelSuit Terms of Use) for someone other than the Authorized User, by using the System said Authorized User confirms that he received all necessary consent as required by TravelSuit’s Privacy Policy.

TravelSuit Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to TravelSuit Terms of Use. Capitalized terms that are not defined in the Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the TravelSuit Terms of Use. Any information that is collected via the System is covered by TravelSuit Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.

TravelSuit collects the following information from Users:

  1. Users provided information-information that Users share with the System when using the System, that without said information, the System will be unable to provide the Users with all the requested services. This information may include: personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, mailing address, mobile phone number, demographic information, date of birth, gender, and travel preferences), payment Information (bank account or credit card information). This information will include all historic communications including internal messaging, secludes, preferences and more.

  2. Automatically collected information – information been collected when using the System, automatically, including personal information. This information may include: Log Data and Device Information (internet protocol address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, web browser, the pages used on the System, search terms, links clicked on the System, the page from which Users accessed the System, information about online activity, trips viewed and bookings made, and cookie data (collectively “Collected Log Data”). Automatically collecting the Collected Log Data enables TravelSuit to better customize and enhance Users experience and prevents fraud. TravelSuit may use a person’s IP address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how the System is used. TravelSuit also Automatically collects: i) Geo-location Information (even when Users are not using the System if this connection is enabled through Users’ settings or device permissions), in order to improved Users experience, such as to identify nearby hotels or airports; ii) Payment Transaction Information- information related to payment transactions through the System, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, IBAN information, address and other related transaction details, for the adequate performance of the System; iii) Error Reporting – information in the event that the System crashes or hangs, which enables to investigate the error and to improve the System. As part of these error reports, the System sends TravelSuit information about the device type and version, the devices unique ID, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the System at the time of error. TravelSuit does not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and remedying the error; iv) Third Party Web Beacons (also known as Web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) a unique identifier that may be included in the cores of using the System purposes, including to deliver or communicate with Cookies, or to track and measure the performance of the service. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on the user’s hard drive, Web Beacons are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an e-mail). TravelSuit may implement third party content that allows the third party content provider to use Web Beacons in order to read and write Cookies to Users’ browser in connection with viewing of the third party content on the System or may otherwise allow such third party to collect information about Users. This information is collected directly by the third party, and TravelSuit does not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by a third party in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, storage and disclosure policies. TravelSuit may also allow its business partners to use these tracking technologies on the System, or engage others to track Users behavior on TravelSuit’s behalf. “Cookies” Information. “Cookies” are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters that are placed on Users hard drive by a Web server when accessing a website. TravelSuit only use Cookies, or engage others to use Cookies on its behalf, in order to track Users behavior solely in connection with the use of the System. While our System do not use Cookies, some third party services TravelSuit utilize may send one or more Cookies to Users’ computer or mobile device, which may include both session Cookies and persistent Cookies. This Privacy Policy covers only TravelSuit use of Cookies and does not include use of Cookies by such third parties. A session Cookie disappears after Users close their browser. A persistent Cookie remains after the close of the browser and may be used by the browser on subsequent visits to or use of the applicable service. Persistent Cookies can be removed. Please review the web browser or device “Help” to learn the proper way to modify Cookie settings. Please note that deleting, or choosing not to accept, Cookies from the services which use them, may cause Users not to be able to utilize the features of such services to their fullest potential. TravelSuit may also use Cookies to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the System and to customize and improve our System. While Users may disable the usage of Cookies through their browser settings, the System currently does not respond to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from Users browser due to lack of standardization regarding how that signal should be interpreted.

  3. Information Collected from Third Parties: TravelSuit may also obtain information, including personally identifiable information, from third parties and sources other than the System, such as partners or advertisers, or from other users of the System. TravelSuit may also, receive information from third party services that provide a mechanism to expose information Users have provided to such third party through the use of an application program interface (API). In the case TravelSuit combine or associate information from other sources with personally identifiable information that TravelSuit collects through the System, TravelSuit will treat the combined information as personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Social Media Account. In addition, in cases where Users sign up for TravelSuit using a social media account, link the User Account to their social media account, or use certain other social media features via the System, TravelSuit may access information about Users via that social media provider in accordance with the provider’s policies. The information may include Users name, email address, profile picture, gender, list of friends, and other information that Users authorize to receive. Depending on the privacy settings of Users and their friends, TravelSuit may access information that Users provide to a social media provider regarding their respective locations (“Location Data“). Users Location Data may also be shared with their friends on a social media provider in accordance with their privacy settings for that social media provider. The information provided by the applicable social media account varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by Users via their privacy settings at that service. Feedback. To the extend Users choose to provide any personally identifiable information with the feedback, suggestions, recommendations and/or comments with respect to the System (“Feedback”), TravelSuit will collect such information. Other Sources. As permitted by applicable law, TravelSuit may receive additional information about Users, such as demographic data or fraud detection information, from third party service providers and/or partners, and combine it with information TravelSuit have about Users. Use of Users’ Information, including managing Clients Accounts by TravelSuit is an integral part of the System and the features the System provides. TravelSuit uses this information solely in the course of providing maintaining and improving the System (including developing additional features and optimizing the Systems and user experience) and the features it provides (including Users experience), operating TravelSuit’s business, connecting with Clients and their employees (customer service, advertising/marketing sending promotional messages related to the System and the activities of third parties TravelSuit work with, and surveys TravelSuit conducts), Processing Payment, and maintaining the security of the System and complying with legal obligations. TravelSuit may disclose Users’ Information (personally identifiable information) only in connection with operating the System as well as TravelSuit’s business operations. For example:

    1. With Users Consent. TravelSuit share Users Information, including personal information, as described at the time of consent, such as when Users authorize a third party application or website to access Clients Account or when Users participate in promotional activities conducted by TravelSuit or third parties.
    2. Third-party Service Providers (such as internet service providers, hotels, airline, and other providers) to provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for TravelSuit and to fulfill Users’ travel reservations. Service Providers may be located all over the world. To the extent it is necessary for providing the System and the features it provides to Users, these third parties may have access to or process Users Information. These disclosures are made under terms comparable to this policy, and the recipients are limited to using the information for the purpose for which it was provided. Each time a User uses the System to make a reservation, the User is authorizing TravelSuit to disclose to these third parties the information required to complete the booking and deliver the related travel. These third parties are not controlled by TravelSuit and personal information disclosed to them is subject to the applicable third parties’ privacy policy and security practices.
    3. TravelSuit may disclose information to business partners with whom TravelSuit may jointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may be offered on the System. In some cases, Users can identify a third party is involved in a product or service they have requested because the product or service name will be displayed, either alone or alongside TravelSuit. If a User chooses to access these optional services, TravelSuit may share information about that User, including their personally identifiable information, with those partners. Please note that TravelSuit do not control the privacy practices of these third-party business partners.
    4. TravelSuit reserves the right to disclose Users Information that TravelSuit believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; to protect TravelSuit and the System from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity; to investigate and defend against any third party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the System; to enforce or administer the Term of Use or other agreements with Users, to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of TravelSuit, Users, or others; or otherwise as required by law, court order, judicial or government subpoena or warrant, or to cooperate with law enforcement activity.
    5. Corporate Affiliates. TravelSuit may share Users’ personal information with its Affiliates. This sharing enables TravelSuit to provide Users with information about products and services, both travel-related and other, which might interest Users. To the extent that TravelSuit’s Affiliates have access to Users information, they will follow practices that are at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy. They also will comply with applicable laws governing the transmission of promotional communications and, at a minimum, give Users an opportunity in any commercial email they send to choose not to receive such email messages in the future.
    6. TravelSuit may share aggregate information (information about Users that TravelSuit combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual User) and other anonymized information with third parties, including advertisers and investors, for regulatory compliance, industry and marketing analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes. This information does not contain any personally identifable information and is used to develop content and services.

Other than as set out above, Users will be notified when personal information about them will be shared with third parties, and they will have an opportunity to choose not to have TravelSuit share such information.

Users Rights and Choices:

Modifying Information. Users may access, update or correct, their profile information and preferences at any time by accessing their Account through the System. User shall be aware that while their changes are reflected promptly in active User databases, TravelSuit may retain all information submitted for a variety of purposes, including backups and archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, and analytics. Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up-to-date. Users may ask TravelSuit to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning them (which cannot be update by Users within Users’ Account).

Deleting Information. If a client wishes TravelSuit to delete a specific User, or a user wishes to stop using the system and to have its Account and personally identifiable information deleted, they should contact TravelSuit at [email protected] with their request. TravelSuit will take steps to delete the information as soon as it can, but some information will remain as follows: in archived/backup copies for TravelSuit records; as necessary for TravelSuit’s legitimate business interests, such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety; as otherwise required by law; as may remain in the System in an index form without being personally identifiable; in order to protect from accidental or malicious loss and destruction, residual copies of personal information may not be removed from TravelSuit’s backup systems for a limited period of time.

Data Access and Portability. In some jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle Users to request copies of their personal information held by TravelSuit. Users may also be entitled to request copies of personal information that have been provided to TravelSuit in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request TravelSuit to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).

Opt-Out of Commercial Emails. Users will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial emails in any such message that TravelSuit send Users. If Users are a registered member, they can also modify their choice at any time in the Account. TravelSuit reserves the right to send Users other communications, including service announcements, administrative messages, and surveys relating either to Users’ Account or to Users’ transactions on the System, without offering Users the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. Where Users’ personal information is processed for direct marketing purposes, Users, may, at any time ask TravelSuit to cease processing their data for these direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Lodging Complaints. Users have the right to lodge complaints about the data processing activities carried out by TravelSuit before the competent data protection authorities.

The System may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Any personally identifiable information Users provide on third party sites or services is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s policies, if any, governing privacy and security, even if accessed through the System. TravelSuit does not own or control these third parties or websites, and is not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites or services to which links or access are provided through the System.

In cases where the System offers Leisure booking, TravelSuit will protect the privacy of young children. TravelSuit may collect travel information, which may include personal information, about Children when it is required to comply with the law, including federal aviation or security regulations, or as otherwise required to provide transportation needs and services. TravelSuit may retain personal information when required to provide transportation and related services to a Child.

TravelSuit protect the information TravelSuit collects by using reasonable administrative, physical, managerial, electronic, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of Users Information and to protect such information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. TravelSuit use encryption when transmitting Users sensitive personal information and TravelSuit employs industry standard security systems and measures to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to Users’ Information. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet, or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, TravelSuit cannot, ensure or warrant the security of any User Information transmit to or store on the System and Users do so at their own risk. TravelSuit also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of TravelSuit physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

In case of a security systems breach, TravelSuit may attempt to notify Users electronically so that appropriate protective steps can be taken, or post a notice through the System that a security breach occurred. Depending on the legal obligation of Users’ home country, Users may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach Users should notify TravelSuit at [email protected]

TravelSuit cannot control the actions of other users with whom Users may choose to share their information or access to the System. Therefore, TravelSuit cannot and do not guarantee that information post by Users on the System will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. TravelSuit is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures employed by Users themselves. Users understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of information that have been posted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages if other users have copied or stored such information.

Users Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computer located outside their state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in their jurisdiction. TravelSuit may transfer Users Information to other parts of the world and process it there.

In order to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, please revisit this page periodically. TravelSuit may revised this Privacy Policy at TravelSuit sole discretion, as provided in the Term of Use. If TravelSuit modify the Privacy Policy, TravelSuit will make it available through the System, and indicate the date of the latest revision.

Our amended Privacy Policy will automatically take effect 7 days after it is made available through the System. If Users do not agree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, they may terminate their Account and stop using the System. Users continued use of the System after the revised Privacy Policy has become effective indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy.
