We are seeking a part time Call Center Travel Specialist (agent) to support our Travel Support Center during the night hours and on the weekends . The Travel Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries and travel arrangements via our online travel system for air, hotel, car etc. Required skills and experience:
    • Travel/Tourism agent studies graduate – a must
    • General knowledge in the travel industry
    • Previous experience in the travel industry Sabre and Travel Booster – an advantage
    • Able to speak and be understood in English – a must, additional languages -advantage
    • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally (verbally and in writing) as appropriate for the needs of the client.
